The death has occurred of Callum (Cal) BOYLE (Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) – Died January 18th 2025 (suddenly), Callum (Cal); dearly beloved son of Suzanne and Steven, much loved and adored brother to Sean. Sadly missed by his loving parents, brother, grandmothers Ann and Marie, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, Sean’s partner Lorna and many friends, colleagues near and far. Predeceased by his loving grandfathers Robert and Charlie and uncles John and Jimmy.  May he rest in peace

Colette Kenny (née Smyth)

We extend our condolences to the family of Colette Kenny who passed away peacefully, in the care of the wonderful staff at the Blackrock Hospice on Wednesday 15th January 2025. Beloved wife of late Harry (December 2024), loving and caring Mum of Louise, Ger, Karl and Joyce. Deeply missed by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law Eoghan and Feargal, daughter-in-law Claudina, her treasured grandchildren Ciara, Eimear, Sam, Grace, Lily, Harry, Aislinn, Cara and Marcus, great-grandchildren Kate, Cillian and Rose, brothers Paddy and Maurice, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.   May she rest in peace

Colette’s Funeral Mass will be at 10am on Saturday (18th January) here in St Patrick’s Church, Monkstown followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only please. The death has occurred of Jim SLYE (Blackrock, Dublin / Cork) (peacefully) in the excellent care of the team at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Remembered with love by his wife Pauline, daughter Evelyn, sons Fintan and Eoghan, his beloved grandchildren Ruby, Toby, Lex, Dylan, Sawyer, Zoe, Harry and Lara, his brothers Maurice and John, son-in-law Aidan, daughters-in-law Jenny and Karen and his many friends.

Stephen (Gue) Tallant
January 12, 2025

Stephen (Gue) Tallant, York Road, Dun Laoghaire, on 12th January 2025, suddenly at home. Pre-deceased by his mother Joan, stepdad Dave, sister Sinéad and brother Derek.  Stephen, sadly missed by his sister Tracey, Son Joseph, Daughter Zoe, Grandson Tommy, Zoe’s mother Lynn, Aunt Kathleen, nieces Kerry, Abbie, Sophie, Jade and Jasmine, nephews Isaac and Lee, Sister-in-law Clodagh, cousins Wendy, John and Audrey, extended family and wide circle of friends.  Special mention to Stephen’s loyal pups Buddy and Loki who will miss him dearly.  May his kind soul Rest in Peace.  Removal on Monday morning (20th January) to St. Patrick’s church, Monkstown for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery.

We extend our condolences to the family of Frank Searson  who passed away peacefully, at home on 10th January 2025, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Geraldine (née Comerford) for over 60 years. Devoted father of Charles, Sarah, Garret and Helen. He will be deeply missed and remembered with much love and affection by his brothers and sisters, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, brother-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, wide circle of friends, and those who so beautifully cared for him. May he rest in peace.

Mary (Mazer) Lennon (née Ryan)

We extend our sysmpathy to the family of Mary (Mazar) Lennon (née Ryan) who died peacefully on January 6th 2025 in the wonderful care of all the staff of St Michael’s Hospital Dún Laoghaire, Mary (Mazer), loving mother of Gerard, Michael, Audrey, Janet and James. Sadly missed by her children, daughters-in-law Linda, Michelle and Colette, sons-in-law Christopher and Derek, her adored grandchildren Daniel, Kelsey, Rachael, Zoe, Andrew, Lisa, Laura, Sarah and Ruth, great-granddaughter Clodagh, sisters Marie and Anne, brother-in-law Raymond, sister-in-law Krysia, her extended family, neighbours and friends.

We extend our condolences to the family of Josephine Larkin (née Noone) who passed away peacefully, in the excellent care of the staff at Annabeg Nursing Home on 1st January 2025. Beloved wife of the late Eamon and devoted mother of Anne, Eamon, Mary and Fla. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, sons, sons-in-law Gerry and Eoin, daughter-in-law Emma, grandchildren Stephen, Jon, Emily, Carlos, Jack, Dan, Sarah, Jack and Ellen, extended family and friends.   May she rest in peace.  Josephine’s Funeral Mass will be at 10 am on Tuesday (7th January) here in St. Patrick’s Church, Monkstown followed by private cremation.  Her funeral mass can be viewed on our parish webcam.
