We extend our condolences to the family of Henry Leonard (Monkstown, Co. Dublin and Foxrock, Dublin 18). Who passed peacefully on 25th September 2026,  surrounded by his loving family and in the kind care of the staff at Newtown Park House Nursing Home and in the wonderful care of Edna.

Beloved husband of Mary and the late Caroline, and much-loved father of Simon, Sarah-Jane, Shirley, Kevin and Ralph. Grandfather to his much loved late grandson Dylan, brother Adrian and sister Helen. Henry will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving wife Mary; his daughters and sons; daughters-in-law Nikki and Vanessa; son-in-law Jonathan; his much-loved grandchildren Hannah, Lex, Katie, Jamie, Mark, Emily, Conor, Seán, Éabha, Chloe and Ellie; stepchildren Alice, Paula and Nicholas; step-grandsons Calum and Nico; brothers and sisters; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.  Rest in Peace.

Henry’s Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday (30thSeptember) at 10.00 a.m. here in St Patrick’s Church, Monkstown, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Phyllis Walsh (née Mooney) Monkstown, Dublin Peacefully, on Wednesday 16th Septermber after a long illness, with her family by her side, in the care of all the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Raheny. Beloved Mum of Karen and Ken, loving sister of Robert, Johnny (Australia), Jimmy and the late Eva and Pamela. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, son, son-in-law Bobby, daughter-in-law Fearga, grandchildren Emelia, Éabha and James, brothers, extended family and friends.

We extend our condolences to the family of Alan Aylward  (Monkstown, Co. Dublin and formerly of Walkinstown, Dublin 12 and late of the Department of Health) who passed away on 16^th September 2026. Peacefully in the kind and compassionate care of the staff at Glebe House Nursing Home, Kilternan, to the profound sorrow of his wife and best friend Mary. Dearly loved and cherished brother of Clare (Watt) and Phina (Josephine), much loved uncle to Louisa, Sam, Ben and their families. Alan will be sadly missed by Mary’s cousins who loved him as their own, by extended family, his close and loyal friends, former colleagues in the Department of Health, kind neighbours and little Bonnie.  May his gentle soul rest in peace.

We extend our condolences to the family of Carina Coleman (née Sullivan) (Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin and formerly of Navan and Cavan) who died on 9th September 2026, following a short illness in the kind care of St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Paddy, brother John and brother-in-law Oliver.
