We extend our condolences to the family of Elizabeth (Bett) Murray (née Hinch) (Ashford House nursing Home, Dun Laoghaire and formerly of 5, St. Patrick’s Close, Monkstown Farm and late of St. Anne’s Square, Blackrock, Co. Dublin), who dired peacefully on November 22nd 2025surrounded by her family and in the wonderful kind care of the staff at Ashford Nursing Home.
Elizabeth (Betty); dearly beloved wife of the late Robbie, sister of the late Sean, much loved and devoted mother of Joyce, Valerie, William, Michael and John. She will be very sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons, sons-in-law, Dave and Brian, daughters-in-law Allison, Carmel and Mary, grandchildren Jane, Annie, Rache, Suzanne, Robert, Michelle, Eve, Claire, Carla, Nicole, Ciara and Kim, ten great-grandchildren, sisters Mary and Carmel, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces especially Carmel, nephews especially Georgie and David, relatives and friends. May she rest In Peace.
Her Funeral Service will be celebrated here in St. Patrick’s on Wednesday 26th at 11 am and prayers of committal immediately afterwards to St. Michael’s Cremation Services Chapel at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 V962 arriving for 12.50pm Cremation Service.

Raymond (Jnr.) Travers

We extend our condolences to the family of Raymond Travers who passed away peacefully on the 19th November, surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness, in St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved son of Raymond and Patricia, loving brother of Rachel, Hilary, Aoife, Colm, his twin Alan and Amy.
He will be very sadly missed by his parents, sisters, brothers, brothers-in-law Jim, Stephen and Vid, sisters-in-law Sue and Arta, nieces and nephews Conor, Cian, Anna, James, Orla, Laura, Isobelle, Alice, Ronan, extended family, neighbours and many friends. May he rest in peace

Alison (Ali) Finn / Pile

We extend our condolences to the family of Alison (Ali) Finn / Pile (Monkstown, Co. Dublin, formerly of Wicklow and after many years working in the Radiology Departments of St. Vincent’s, The Mater and Beacon Hospitals) who after a long heroic and dignified resistance passed on 18th November in the care of all the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved mother of Chloe, life partner of Stephen (Pile) and much-loved daughter of Pat and Kay. Sadly missed by Chloe, Stephen, Dylan and Bekah, parents, brothers Simon, Pierce, Justin and Patrick, sisters-in-law Chrissy, Blaithin, Ciara and Anna, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and colleagues. May she rest in peace.

Pauline Baker

We extend our condolences to the family of Pauline Baker (Oliver Plunkett Villas, Monkstown Farm, Co. Dublin) – who died suddenly on November 17th 2025 in the kind care of the staff in St Vincent’s University Hospital. Dearly beloved daughter of the late Jack and Clara. Predeceased by her sister Jacqueline and brother Brian.
Pauline will be lovingly remembered by her son Jack, her brothers, sisters, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, her beloved dog who brought her so much joy, her close friends, relatives and neighbours. May Pauline’s gentle soul rest in peace.

Andree, loving mother of Gareth, Andrew and the late Justin. Very sadly missed by her sons, her granddaughter Lily, her cousins Gloria, Sandra and Vicky, extended family and friends.

Westmeath and late of The Irish Press) who passed away peacefully, at home, on 13th October 2025.with his cherished daughter Sadhbh by his side. Predeceased by his wife Emer. Brendan will be forever loved and missed by his daughter, son-in-law Donal, granddaughter Muireann, brother Ciaran, sisters-in-law Hilda and Gay and her husband Tom, nieces, nephews, relatives and his many swimming friends from Whiterock Beach. A special word of thanks to his wonderful carers and in particular to Dahlia.

We offer our condolences to the family of Herbert Langwallner (Leopardstown, Dublin 18 and formerly Athlone) who passed away peacefully on 5th October, in the care of the staff at Beechfield Manor Nursing Home, Shankill. Beloved husband of the late Mai and devoted father of David and Andrew. He will be sadly missed by his sons, daughter- in-law Michelle, grandchildren, sister Hani, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
