We express our condolences to the family of Jerome (Jerry) Counihan (Past President of the Association of Referees of the Leinster Branch and late of Dun Laoghaire G.C.) who passed away unexpectedly on May 26th at St Vincent’s University Hospital, after great care from all the staff at Tara Care Centre, Bray.  Predeceased by his parents Col. Jerome E. and Patricia (Peggy). Beloved husband of Lorna and devoted Dad of Jerome D. and Shane. Sadly missed by his wife, sons, siblings Eleanor (Baynes), Anne (Fox), Maurice, Michael, Ian and Martin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts Anne (Dennehy) and Kay (Counihan), nieces, nephews and many friends. May he rest in peace.  Due to current government restrictions, a family funeral will take place privately.
