We extend our condolences to the family of  Elizabeth (Lily) Godley  (née Donegan) (Monkstown, Co. Dublin), who passed away peacefully on 17th March, in her hundredth year and in the devoted care of the Sisters and staff of Our Lady’s Manor, Dalkey. Predeceased by her beloved husband Richard (Dick) ( November 21, 1997) and son-in-law Tom McGrath. Sadly missed by her loving children Mary (McGrath), Anne (Goss), Richard, Bernadette (Beale), Marie-Thérèse (Blunnie) and Gerard; daughters-in-law Christine and Eilish, sons-in-law David, Nicholas and Paul; her cherished grandchildren Richard, Conor, Kate, David, Ruth (and her husband Kody), Aimée, Stephen, Gavin, Benedict, Eoin and Amalia; nieces, nephews and all her wonderful friends.   May she rest in peace.

Elizabeth will be reposing on Monday, 20th March 2023, from 3.30pm to 5.30pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown, (A94XK28). Her funeral Mass on Tuesday morning, 21st March, at 10am  will be here n St. Patrick’s Church, Monkstown, followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery.
