The stained glass windows of Saint Patrick’s church are of a very high quality and date from the early years of the church. They were restored in the late 1990s. The windows were created by the O’Connor Studios in London.
The main stained glass windows in the sanctuary area over the altar comprise several panels. The main panels depict the life of Christ. Beneath these, the lower panels depict the life of Saint Patrick, and depict his life from the time of his captivity to his escape and returned to Ireland to spread the gospel.
The following short video provides an explanation of the individual panels by Dr Séamus Cannon.
