Marie English (née Delahunty)

We express our deep sympathy to the family of Marie English (nee Delahunty) who died peacefully ) in the wonderful care of the staff in the Acute Stroke Unit at St. Vincent’s University Hospital.

Marie; dearly beloved wife of 58 years to Fred, much loved mother of Elaine and Olywn. Remembered with love and laughter by her granddaughters Emeir and Sophie and great-granddaughter Emily. Loving sister of Toddy, Rita, Joe, Margaret, Michael, Doreen and (twin sister) Ann, predeceased by brothers and sisters Dermot, Jenny, Teenie, Peter, Paul and Jimmy.

Removal on Monday morning to St Patrick’s Church, Monkstown arriving at 10.50am. Funeral immediately after 11am Requiem Mass to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W. In accordance with Government guidelines on public gatherings, Marie’s Requiem Mass will be strictly limited to 50 persons (all must wear face coverings).
