Over €9,500 won to-date in our parish Lotto
Since we commenced our parish lotto, over €9,500 has been won in our parish lotto. There have been two Jackpot Wins. The first was a win of €1,850 and the second win was €3,800. Every week, where there was no jackpot, there is a weekly draw for €25. There have been approximately 154 weekly draws (at the time of writing this update) totaling €3,850. Many parishioners have won the weekly draw on more than one occasion.

Our parish lotto is a fundraising initiative that we hope will supplement our parish income into the future and ensure that we can continue to be an active, inclusive, and vibrant faith community. The funds will also enable us to maintain the fabric of St. Patrick’s Church into the future.

We invite you to consider joining our online Lotto and you might ask other family members and friends to support it also. We hope that the €2 per line option will allow everybody to contribute. How much is it?
A line costs €2 per week or three lines for €5. You can select up to three lines per week for your parish lotto.
How can I pay?
No more searching for coins. To pay you’ll need a valid Debit Card or Credit Card via a secure payment portal to make it easy for you. To make it easy for the parish, your card is debited every four weeks.
How do I win?
A draw takes place every Thursday at 8.00 pm where four numbers are drawn at random. If your four numbers match the four numbers drawn, then you will win or share in the jackpot. If the jackpot is not won, then a Weekly Prize winner is picked at random. The Weekly Prize amount is initially set at €25 but in time this may increase to €50 if sufficient number of parishioners join the Lotto. This means that someone from the parish is guaranteed to win every week.
How do I know if I’ve won?
The Jackpot winner(s) or the Weekly Prize winner and the parish office will be notified by email after every draw. The winning numbers, jackpot winners and weekly prize winners will be published on the parish lotto website to allow you to check in.
How much is the Jackpot?
The Jackpot is calculated based on the number of lines. If the Jackpot is not won, then the Jackpot will carry over and increase based on the number of lines. The Jackpot value will be published on your parishes lotto website in the lead up to each weekly draw. The Jackpot can increase to a maximum Jackpot of €5,000. Once the Jackpot reaches the maximum Jackpot, a reserve Jackpot will commence. The reserve Jackpot will be in play the week after the maximum Jackpot of €5,000 is won.
Where does the money go?
Your contributions go directly to help your parish and also to cover the cost of the Jackpot, Weekly Prizes and running the draw.
